and performed by

The Rude Mechanicals

AREA 405 presents Shakespeare within it's dark and mysterious 19th century walls.

On-line ticket sales coming soon, but tickets can be reserved now by contacting AREA 405.

The Rude Mechanicals, described by the Washington Post as "artistic anarchists," "intense, vibrant and original," are going to be tackling Macbeth this summer, and bringing it to AREA 405 in Baltimore for two nights.

This event continues Area 405's commitment to produce and promote arts and cultural programming in Baltimore's Station North Arts and Entertainment District.

The Rude Mechanicals are just the people you want to see doing Shakespeare. Creative and fearlessly controversial, they're drawing an audience of like-minded, sophisticated rebels. They're a forum for challenging ideas, for lovers of Shakespeare, for method workshops, for love of the craft, for theater that truly "holds the mirror up to nature" in the same uncompromising manner Macbeth does itself.

Tickets are available at the door and may be reserved by calling AREA 405 at 410-528-2101 between 10am-8pm every day. AREA 405 will also be open from Noon the day of the event for advance purchase. Reserved tickets will be held until 7:45pm

Area 405 is handicapped accessible
