Vacant Lot=>Studio+Housing Discussion Table

Join Artists, Architects, City Planners and Others on Saturday, February 11 to Discuss Ways to Utilize Vacant Lots for Artists Living and Work Space

The Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts, and Area 405 will be holding a discussion table on the practicality of building new, single level, concrete floored buildings that offer maximal studio space and minimal living space at an affordable cost. The loose goal would be a 1,200 sq ft studio (30'x40') with a 300 sq ft living space.

Between noon and 7pm a changing group of architects, artists and city planners will be at the table talking about ways to accomplish this and there will be extra chairs for people to sit in.
